The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff
was incredibly welcoming. The room was spacious, and the view of Table Mountain was breathtaking, but the air conditioning could use some improvement, as it got a bit warm during the day.

Elevator woes and breakfast blues!
We stayed for a night and boy, the elevator was a disaster! I had to hike up to the 18th floor way too many times. The breakfast was pretty basic, not what I expected. And honestly, not fun dealing with the elevator chaos. On the upside, grabbing snacks at the poolside bar was nice!

Great for a business trip
The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, i had a nice chat with the bar staff who were friendly and helpful. The views from my room were just amazing, looking out at the mountains made the long work hours feel less burdensome.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but honestly, the service made it worth it.

Mate, the breakfast spread at Pullman is a feast! From waffles to a killer fruit selection, it's all about that buffet life. Plus, the friendly service had me feeling like royalty. The shuttle to V&A was a game changer too!
Now, about the chilly common areas—brrr, it was freezing! We had a shower issue that got sorted quickly, but some rooms were battling noise from the bar. It felt like a late-night party in my own space!

The breakfast buffet impressed with a variety of options, from fresh fruits to warm pastries. A convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions streamlined my explorations across the city.
The beds were smaller than ideal, making it a challenge to turn without the risk of falling out. Additionally, certain amenities like toiletries and towels were missed during housekeeping, leaving me to call for replenishments often. The elevator system was less than reliable, which posed a hassle during peak hours, particularly for guests needing quick access to their rooms.
